  On the edge of the train station district where questionable folks lurk on the streets nearby, especially at night, but the door is watched and the inside seems safe. The hotel is centrally positioned and conveniently located especially for a train arrival or departure. Our 3-bed room was clean and large enough, and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. A very nice view of rooftops, swallows, and ancient church walls outside our windows. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff friendly and efficient.

  A short walk from the Termini and on a quiet little street. The hotel is either newly remodeled or incredibly well maintained. The rooms are small, as you should expect from downtown Rome, but very nice. We got this room to start our Italy vacation. We spent a quick night in Rome before heading to Florence. To do again I would have gone straight to Florence since we couldn't check in for nearly three hours. When we came back after the three hours they had taken our bags to our room. All things considered, it was a great deal for the location.
